Income Tax E-Filing

Prepare and e-file individual income tax returns with accurate computation of income and deductions.

What's covered

  • Income tax e-filing is the electronic submission of your annual return of income to the Income Tax Department; for individuals the return for the year ended 31 March 2026 (AY 2026-27) is generally due by 31 July 2026 where no audit is required.
  • You must file if your total income exceeds the basic exemption limit, and also where certain triggers apply — bank deposits over ₹1 crore in a year, foreign travel spend over ₹2 lakh, electricity consumption over ₹1 lakh, holding foreign assets, claiming a refund, reporting capital gains, or carrying losses forward.
  • Choosing the correct ITR form matters: ITR-1 suits salary and one house property, ITR-2 covers capital gains, multiple house properties or foreign income, ITR-3 is for business or professional income, and ITR-4 is for presumptive income.
  • A late or missed return attracts a fee under §234F of ₹5,000 where total income exceeds ₹5 lakh (₹1,000 where it is ₹5 lakh or less), so timely, accurate filing protects both your compliance record and your refund.

How we work

  1. 01

    Collect income and tax records

We gather your PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16 / 16A, Form 26AS and the Annual Information Statement (AIS), and your proofs for deductions such as 80C, 80D and 80G, then reconcile the figures so nothing is missed or double-counted.

  2. 02

Compute income and select the right ITR form

We compute total income head by head, apply the deductions and the regime that works in your favour, and choose the correct form — ITR-1 to ITR-4 — based on your income sources for AY 2026-27.

  3. 03

File and e-verify within 30 days

After your review we submit the return on the income-tax portal and complete e-verification within 30 days of filing; the non-audit due date is 31 July 2026, with a belated or revised return possible up to 31 December 2026.
